Online Delivery: The published report shall be delivered to you by email within 48 to 72 hours of receipt of payment.

Physical Delivery: A printed copy of the published report shall be sent by courier to your address within 5 to 7 working days from the date of receipt of payment.

Customization: Atlantic Market Research allows customization in market reports tailored to your requirements. However, the time taken for this customization will be determined by our analysts based on anticipated complexity, time deadlines, and peculiarities of the customization requested.

Cancellation and refund: Due to the confidential nature of the market research reports, cancellation of orders is not accepted after the payment has been made. However, refund is possible only in case of multiple payments and will be initiated at the earliest. If you have any concerns related to the quality of a report, Atlantic Market Research will address them at the earliest.
